the view from the window was pretty. the room faced the bay. hotel was placed close to such tourist sites as ivanovic palace. you should definitely explore kotor stari grad district, it's worth it.
Breakfast was nice and it was near a bus stop. Excellent home base for a trip in Kotor
The views of Montenegrian's rocky mountains and the water of Kotor Bay.
Shower stall fills up with water quickly and leaks outside.
A fairly basic hotel, but clean and comfortable with fantastic views over the lake and a very friendly welcome.
Quite isolated and some distance from Kotor itself, but the beautiful location made up for it. It was a very pleasant 40 minute walk into Kotor and finding a taxi for the return journey was no problem.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner joined us for a small dinner. Rooms of the hotel have a nice view facing the old town on Kotor and the bay, especially beautiful in the night. All in all, a very good value for money charged for the stay.
Due to a not very conspicuous sign (especially in the darkness), we passed the hotel without noticing it and it took us at least half an hour to find our way back.
Highly recommended. Very nice host/owner. Great value for money.
We were driving at night and it was not easy to find a location.
very nice location in the golf of kotor... room with view to the sea and the mountains... very good chef sasha
everything was excelent!
Helpful staff. Everything works in the room and it was clean. Short way to bay (sea). Sunrise side of bay. Breakfast was good.
Wery narrow road from city to hotel by own car. Staff doesnt speak (understand) english (bringing wrong food).
The hotel is located on the beautiful Bay of Kotor in a small village away from the tourist crowds of Kotor. In front of the hotel is a nice small beach. It's a pleasant walk to the other villages. The family-owned hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located too far away to walk to Kotor city, it takes approx. 45 minutes by foot. However, taxi's are everywhere and bring you cheaply to the city centre. The panorama of the lake is barred in front because of another hotel, but from the side appartments you can enjoy the scenic views.
We would highly recommend Hotel Galia! Excellent location- even though it is outside of the city (a 3 Euro cab ride). The owners are very friendly and helpful. We also had an amazing mountain view from our patio.
Very nice familly run hotel, spectacular view to the bay of Kotor, not far from the Old city.Enough good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff / owners/.We recomend this hotel to people who make Balkan tour. It's great!
The master cheef is cooking excellent ! The peisage is wonderful !
Good location, reasonable price, helpful people and a good restaurant. However, the road leading there is narrow and rather challenging! Overall good value for money.
Owners were wonderful. Food was wonderful! I think they should rent bicycles. Then it would have been so easy to get around.
Little farther walk to town than described. Taxi into town is necessary. Like I said above. They should invest in several bicycles to rent to their tenents.
excellent staff, very friendly and easy-going yet very professional as well
